Sally Foster and Entertainment book fundraiser
- Entertainment Book Order Form - The envelope that was provided for the Entertainment book does not have a space available for an address.  If the students decide to go door-to-door, an address is a pertinent piece of information when they go back to deliver the books. Use this form. Students should take their out-of-town order forms with them, also.
- Sally Foster Online Handout - gives all the vital information to make sure SAMBA gets credit for online orders.  The one that was in the band member's packet is a full sheet and has more information than a purchaser would want or need.  This new handout has 4 per sheet.

Sunset Classic Sponsors Needed
