Albertsons Community Partners

SAMBA is excited to join the Albertsons Community Partners program!

Albertsons Community Partners works like e-Scrip, providing “free” money to SAMBA when you shop at Albertsons or Sav-on stores. You pay exactly the same prices and get the same discounts as you normally would, and Albertsons donates a percentage (up to 4%) of your eligible(*) purchase amount to SAMBA.

There is no cost to you!

Joining is easy. All you need to do is link your Albertsons Preferred Savings Card to SAMBA’s Community Partners ID number (49001008921). If you don’t already have an Albertsons Preferred Savings Card, ask for one at any Albertsons store. Then follow the instructions below.

Ask your local and long-distance friends and relatives to join!

The program includes all Albertsons and Sav-on Drug stores. It is not limited to SAMBA families or to the Portland area. Help maximize donation to SAMBA by spreading the word about Community Partners to you friends, co-workers and relatives.

Register online at www.albertsons.com
Note - the Albertsons site is does not always behave well. If you have trouble with this method please use the "Let us register you" method below.

1. Enter zip code and click “Enter Site”
   (if you have visited the site before, it might not ask for your zip code)
2. Near the bottom of the screen on the blue bar, click on "In the Community"
3. Click on the Community Partners link on the right
4. Click on “Shoppers login or register with your Preferred Savings Card first"
5. Enter your card number and phone number
6. Click on “Find a Partner” on the signpost
7. Enter Name = “SAMBA” and State = “Oregon”, and click on Find Partners
8. Click on the checkbox next to Samba/sunset Apollo Marching Band
9. Click on “Add Selected Partners”

Register by mail:

1. Open the Program Flyer and print the form
2. Fill it out, including SAMBA's ID (49001008921) your name, card number, and phone number and mail it to Albertsons, or drop it in the mailbox on the band room and we'll mail it for you

Let us register you:

1. Click to open Registration Form, and enter your name,  Preferred Savings Card number and the phone number you used when you obtained the card. Note that this does not give SAMBA access to any personal information except for your cumulative quarterly purchase amount.

* Eligible purchases: Supporters (shoppers) can earn contributions on just about everything in our stores! Certain items including prescriptions, alcohol, tobacco, stamps, money orders, Albertsons Sav-on Drugs gift certificates or electronic gift cards, lottery tickets, sporting or special event tickets, or any other services are excluded. Contributions apply to merchandise sales after discounts, coupons, and sales tax. Contributions may be subject to a quarterly cap. An administrative fee may be deducted from each organization's quarterly check.
