SAMBA Email Address Submittal Form

Email is our primary means of contacting parents. We need a valid Parent email address for every SAMBA family so that we can contact you about  upcoming events. Your email address will be used only for SAMBA communications and will be printed in the SAMBA directory. We will not share your email address with anyone outside of SAMBA.  

Warning - Your email service SPAM filters may block SAMBA email from being delivered. Your chances of receiving SAMBA emails can be improved by entering sambanotes.org as a trusted sender (whitelisted) in your email program, but we cannot guarantee or confirm that you receive our emails.

 Therefore  it is import that you check this website often for new information.
